[30] And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
[31] And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. Five days of creation took place with all of the elements human beings would ever need in order to survive. It was elegant and opulent. And on the 6th day the Creator created man in His image and likeness to live in and care for this paradise. It has been suggested that the earth was cradled in a giant hyper-baric chamber which means it was an atmosphere conducive to growth and longevity. The trees, plants, and fruits grew in unprecedented amounts encouraged by the conditions. So, it is my belief the planet could have supported any and all life born on it. In the early 1950's it is said that the small farms in the U.S. could have fed the world. Sadly, most of the small farms no longer exist to the greed of farming conglomerates. These conglomerates encouraged legislation to control farm production in order to “steer” profits in their favor. Man was not satisfied with the richness in the garden or the pure, undefiled life he lived. Man disobeyed his Creator and was banished, not only from the garden, but from all of the blessings in an unpolluted existence. Since, that time, it has been God's plan to redeem man. Outside of God's protection man was without inspiration and bereft of the influence of the Creator and was left to his own devices, and there were many. Over the few thousand years from man's fall to the arrival of Jesus Christ there were those who actively sought the Lord and those who didn't. Throughout this history the Creator hoped that man would learn his lesson when he tried to live without God's inspiration and influence. The recorded history in the Old Testament testifies of this. Notice this phenomena in light of the earth's atmosphere being a giant hyper-baric chamber, darkness and light: Genesis 2 [1] Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. [2] And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. [3] And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. [4] These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, [5] And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground. [6] But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. [7] And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. [8] And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. God formed man from the earth and breathed into the man's nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul. All man was before that breath was a bunch of dirt, but came alive after God did CPR. All of God's creation was the man the woman's to enjoy. Many have questioned why the Creator gave man free will and put one object in the garden man was to stay away from. God did it because Satan had already proven his disobedience and disrespect. God could have created a bunch of zombies, but God hoped the man would analyze and make the right decision concerning what he had and not what he didn't have. God said, “Don't touch the tree!” and man had to “touch the tree.” A covenant relationship was established under the laws created to enforce a national discipline. Men spent more time trying to figure out and violate the laws for personal gain and promotion, and in establishing empires indifferent to a Creator. Prophets began to speak of a Messiah who would be born in Bethlehem and be called “God with us!” This Messiah would initiate and establish a New Covenant offering man the chance to return to his original relationship with his God. The law demanded death for sin and only a perfect sacrifice could change that sentence. We, as human beings, were all under this sentence of death and those who have not taken advantage of God's recovery project still are.
